There are two main reasons why you can rent Car Rental cheaply at Jcation.
1.Discounts based on past sales performance
We have been operating an online Car Rental reservation site since 2013.Due to past sales results on our site, we are able to offer Car Rental plans at special low prices. (This is similar to a volume discount.)
2.Limited to internet reservations, reducing operating costs
Jcation only offers plans for online reservations, so customers are required to enter their reservation information themselves.
Some operators have systems linked with Jcation, and each Car Rental company is able to reduce operational costs by eliminating the burden on operators such as answering phone calls and entering data, which allows us to offer reasonably priced plans.
Due to the above, in order to change the content of the reservation, it may be necessary to make a reservation again from this site, and this may cause inconvenience to the customer, but please understand in advance and use it.
A: NOC compensation is a system that exempts customers from paying the NOC (non-operation charge), which covers the operating losses of the Car Rental operator because the vehicle cannot be rented out to other customers during the repair period.
All of the Car Rental plans that can be booked through Jcation include liability insurance, so you won't be charged for car repairs in the unlikely event of an accident.
However, as the vehicle will be out of service during repairs, a non-operation charge may be charged separately.
Example of "NOC"
・If you can return the vehicle to the store by yourself after the accident: 2 to 3 yen
・If Car Rental is unable to drive itself after an accident: 5 to 10 yen + towing fee
*The amount of NOC varies depending on the operator.
NOC applies not only to accidents, but also to small scratches, hit-and-run injuries, damage or stains on interior equipment, and smoke smell in non-smoking cars.
The presence and content of the NOC compensation system differs depending on the Car Rental operator.
*You can also subscribe as an additional paid option (NOC compensation).However, please note that joining or canceling the NOC compensation system during the Car Rental rental period or after returning the car is not permitted.
A: We cannot accept requests to specify the model or color of the car.
You can specify the desired vehicle class (*1), but you will not know the vehicle type until the day of rental.
(*1)Vehicle class refers to the classification of cars by car rental companies based on their engine displacement and size.Example) With Vitzフィットis S class etc.
*At Jcation, reservations can only be made by specifying the car model for plans that clearly indicate "car model name guaranteed."
For other plans, the vehicle type cannot be specified in principle.
A: It depends on your desired area.
The maximum available time is the time you can select the departure and return time after entering "car rental departure and return locations" in the search.
