Using the shuttle service from Chubu Centrair International Airport is convenient.
It is about an 8-minute walk from Tokoname Station. We provide a free shuttle service from Chubu Centrair International Airport to our branch. A shuttle bus with the red and blue AVIS/BUDGET logo will pick you up. The shuttle ride takes approximately 20 minutes, but during busy times or due to traffic conditions, it may take up to 40 minutes.
After arriving at Chubu Centrair International Airport and retrieving your checked luggage, please contact us at 0569-36-3100. We will pick you up with the shuttle bus.

For customers arriving at Terminal 1:
After exiting the arrival gate, proceed straight through the Access Plaza and head to the “Pick-up Zone” located on the 1st floor of Building G in the P1 multi-story parking lot. (Approx. 10 minutes)
For customers arriving at Terminal 2:
After exiting the arrival gate, go through the door in front of you to the outside, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, follow the signs for the P3 parking lot, and proceed to the “Pick-up Zone” located on the 1st floor of Building S in the P3 multi-story parking lot. (Approx. 10 minutes)
