Nara
Nara Prefecture was Japan’s political center for about 400 years and is home to many cultural heritage sites. In Nara City, Nara Park features famous spots like Todai-ji Temple, known for its Great Buddha, and Kofuku-ji, home to the popular Ashura statue.
