Airport Shuttle Service

Information on departure time

■ Business Hours 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM ■ Shuttle Service We offer a free shuttle service between Naha Airport and our office (no reservation required). Service interval: Every 15–30 minutes Pickup location: After exiting the Domestic Terminal 1F, cross the crosswalk and wait in front of the Goodspeed sign near the rental car bus stop “11-B”. *The shuttle departs once all passengers have arrived. *Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or traffic congestion. ■ Departure Procedures Please bring the following when visiting our office: ・Driver’s license (for all drivers) Payment is required in advance. (Cash, credit cards, electronic money, and PayPay accepted)

Information on return time

■ Vehicle Return Information ・Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel (refuel within 3 km of the store). *If the vehicle is not refueled: Fuel cost + refueling service fee of ¥3,000 will be charged. *If the wrong type of fuel is used: NOC (Non-Operation Charge) of ¥50,000 will be charged. ・If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us in advance. *Unauthorized extensions will incur penalty charges. ・After return, our staff will inspect the vehicle for scratches, fuel gauge status, etc. *If there are any outstanding charges such as fuel costs or rental ETC card usage fees, please complete the payment procedures inside the store. ・Please make sure not to leave any personal belongings behind. *Lost items will be returned by cash-on-delivery. *Depending on the item, we may not be able to return it or may report it to the police. ・After returning the vehicle, we provide free shuttle service to the airport. ■ Important Notices The last shuttle service is available until 7:00 PM. Please note that shuttle service is not available after 7:00 PM. *To help us arrange shuttle transportation smoothly, please arrive and contact us as early as possible. *If your arrival at Naha Airport is after 7:00 PM, your departure date will be changed to the following day due to customer circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. For Customers Traveling by Air We recommend returning the vehicle at least 2 hours before your flight departure time. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion or other circumstances.
