Access

13 minutes by foot from Nakajima koen Station (Subway Namboku Line).
Shuttle services are available between the station's No. 2 exit and the store. Please contact the store after arriving at the No. 2 exit.
*Reservations for shuttle services are not required.
Please note that shuttle services may be delayed due to traffic and/or weather conditions.

Access

Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to the Budget Rent-a-Car counter near arrival gate 3 on the 1st floor.
Reservations are not required; a free shuttle bus (approximately 15 minutes) will take you to the store.
When returning the vehicle, please return it to the store. Afterward, we will provide transportation back to the airport.
*Direct return (one-way rental) at the airport is not available.

★Directions from the arrival gate to the counter
・ANA / Air Do / Peach ⇒ Exit the arrival gate and turn left
・JAL / Skymark / FDA / Jetstar / Spring Airlines ⇒ After arrival, take the outside walkway and turn right
*The outside walkway passes the shuttle bus stop, but you cannot wait for the bus directly. Please check in at the counter first. *Staff will not be present after 5 PM.
Please complete the check-in process using the tablet at the counter and wait nearby.

★For customers using our services during Golden Week and summer
During Golden Week and summer, from 9:00 to 17:00, the shuttle bus will depart from a temporary bus stop. It will not stop at the usual bus stop, so please be sure to complete your registration at the counter. You may have to wait during peak hours (10:00 to 11:30). If you have difficulty walking, or are using a stroller or cart, please inform us at registration.

★For international passengers:
Please check in using the tablet located at the AVIS Budget counter on the 1st floor of the international terminal, and wait nearby.

・We cannot store customers’ private vehicles.
・We do not accept advance shipment of luggage to the store.

《Departure / Pickup》
If you provided your flight number when booking, our shuttle driver will be waiting for you in the Arrival Hall.
(If you did not provide a flight number, please call our office upon arriving at the airport.)
After giving you your queue number, we will take you to our office via shuttle bus (takes about 7 minutes).

[IMPORTANT] Airport Shuttle Service & Pickup Procedure During Peak Hours
To avoid long waits and ensure a smooth departure when multiple flights arrive at the same time,
we kindly ask for your cooperation in allowing "drivers only" to take the priority shuttle and complete the pickup process first.

Upon arrival at the airport, our staff will ask for your preferred shuttle option:
Priority Departure: Only the driver(s) take the shuttle first to complete procedures.
Travel Together with Companions: The entire party takes the shuttle together (longer wait times may occur during busy periods).

・It takes about 5 minutes to reach the store by shuttle car.

・After returning the vehicle to the branch, we will provide a shuttle service to the airport.
※Please note that the shuttle service operates only between the Hakodate Airport Branch and Hakodate Airport
・As a guideline, please return the vehicle to the branch at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before your flight’s departure time

●Regarding JR Asahikawa Station Pick-up Service●
Please call the store upon arrival at Asahikawa Station. (☎0166-72-5200)
*Pick-up service will be provided as soon as we receive your call.
*Please note that there may be a short wait during busy periods.

●Directions to Pick-up Location●
Exit the JR Asahikawa Station "East Ticket Gate," turn right, and exit the "South Exit East Side" exit. There is a rotary immediately to your left.
We will pick you up in a pick-up vehicle with a "Budget Rent-a-Car" magnet. (We will arrive in about 5 minutes from the store.)

●Regarding Rental Car Return●
After returning your rental car, we offer a pick-up service to JR Asahikawa Station (South Exit rotary). However, there may be a short wait during busy periods, so please allow ample time for your return.

*For cash payments, please present identification documents such as your driver's license and My Number Card.

●Regarding Tires●
From November to mid-April, all vehicles will be equipped with studless tires as standard.

We do not offer a car parking service, so please use a nearby coin parking lot.

Please make your way to the counter after arriving at the airport. Shuttle services will transfer customers from the airport to the store (approx. 10 minutes).
Shuttle services are not available to customers who do not make their way to the counter.
The Budget Rent a Car counter is located in between arrivals gates A and B.
Following car returns, shuttle services will transfer customers to the airport, however please note that there may be a short wait as return times may coincide.
Please allow ample time for your flight when returning cars.

◆It takes about 3 minutes by shuttle bus from Memanbetsu Airport to Budget Rent-a-Car.◆
Upon arrival at the airport, our staff holding a "Budget Rent-a-Car" sign will be waiting in the arrival lobby. Please feel free to approach them.
In the unlikely event that you cannot find our staff, please contact our office directly at 0152-77-6877.

When making a reservation, please be sure to provide and inform us of your arriving flight information.

We offer a vehicle storage service for customers’ private cars.
Limit: one vehicle per group.
Please move your vehicle to the location designated by our staff.
