For example, if you are traveling with 4 or 5 people, you will end up booking a 5-seater car even though each person has a carry-on bag.
In fact, the luggage space of a 5-seater vehicle may not fit two medium-sized carry bags, and if 7 people ride in a 7-seater vehicle, there will almost be no luggage space. The size is large enough to fit one medium size item.
In order to enjoy long-distance travel with Car Rental, we recommend that you reserve a large vehicle that will allow you to relax and take your luggage into account.

[Regarding "My Number Driver's Licenses"]
At JR Rent-A-Car Hokkaido, customers who hold only a My Number Card integrated with driver's license information ("My Number Driver's License") instead of a standard driver's license may still use our service. However, please note the following:
● Presenting a My Number Driver's License:
Please display your driver's license information on your own smartphone or device by logging into "Myna Portal" or using the "My Number Driver's License Reader App". Our staff will inspect and verify your license information.

(1) The validity of your credit card.
(2) In addition to your driver's license, please present one of the following items to confirm your identity:

[Regarding Non-Operation Charge (N.O.C.) Compensation]
In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, damage, stain, odor, or other incident requiring repair or cleaning of the vehicle during the rental period, a Non-Operation Charge (N.O.C.) (tax-exempt) will be assessed as part of business compensation, regardless of the extent of damage or repair duration.
Please note that this charge applies even if you are enrolled in the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
Vehicle returned to scheduled location under its own power (operable): 20,000 JPY
Vehicle not returned to scheduled location under its own power (inoperable): 50,000 JPY
Enrolling in the N.O.C. Waiver Scheme exempts you from paying the Non-Operation Charge (N.O.C.). You can enroll during reservation via Tabirai (optional add-on) or at departure.
550 JPY (tax included) per 24 hours.
Does not apply if the situation falls under insurance policy exclusions.
Enrolling or canceling after rental procedures are completed is not allowed.

Vehicle specifications indicating "Registered within X years" serve as a general guideline. Please note in advance that vehicles may occasionally differ depending on fleet rotation schedules.
