The most common problem is when customers who don't usually drive a car books a car rental, they realize that their luggage won't fit until they arrive at the location.

For example, if you are traveling with 4 or 5 people, you will end up booking a 5-seater car even though each person has a carry-on bag.

In fact, the luggage space of a 5-seater vehicle may not fit two medium-sized carry bags, and if 7 people ride in a 7-seater vehicle, there will almost be no luggage space. The size is large enough to fit one medium size item.

In order to enjoy long-distance travel with Car Rental, we recommend that you reserve a large vehicle that will allow you to relax and take your luggage into account.

Vehicles (Within 4 Years of Registration)
Our rental vehicles are generally within 4 years of registration.
However, depending on vehicle replacement schedules, some vehicles may be within 5 years of registration.

About NOC Coverage

The NOC (Non-Operation Charge) coverage fee is not included in the reservation price.
This does not apply to reservations that include the paid option “NOC Coverage (Wide Exemption Coverage)”.

You may optionally enroll in the “Wide Exemption Coverage” at the counter on the day of rental for 1,100 yen per day.

If you enroll, your out-of-pocket cost will be 0 yen in the event of an accident or hit-and-run damage.
However, insurance and compensation may not apply in cases of serious negligence, violation of the rental agreement, or violation of laws and regulations.

Fuel Policy

Please return the rental car with a full tank of fuel.
Before returning the vehicle, please refuel at a nearby gas station.

If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, the fuel charge will be calculated based on our company rate of 40 yen per kilometer driven.
(Any distance less than 1 km will be rounded up.)

Pets in Vehicles

Pets are not allowed in rental vehicles.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of a no-show cancellation on the day of the reservation, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled base rental fee will be charged.

Please note that if we do not receive any contact from you within 1 hour after your scheduled departure time, your reservation will be considered cancelled.
