The most common problem is when customers who don't usually drive a car books a car rental, they realize that their luggage won't fit until they arrive at the location.
For example, if you are traveling with 4 or 5 people, you will end up booking a 5-seater car even though each person has a carry-on bag.
In fact, the luggage space of a 5-seater vehicle may not fit two medium-sized carry bags, and if 7 people ride in a 7-seater vehicle, there will almost be no luggage space. The size is large enough to fit one medium size item.
In order to enjoy long-distance travel with Car Rental, we recommend that you reserve a large vehicle that will allow you to relax and take your luggage into account.
The standard price rates are ‘Up to 6 hours’, ‘Up to 12 hours’, ‘Up to 24 hours’ and ‘Additional 24 Hours’, with the 'Additional Hour (per hour)' charge added for any time that exceeds the alotted duration.

For Multiple Drivers:
Customers do not need to present the International Driver's Permits of all drivers, however it is the responsibility of the reservation holder (driver) to verify the validity of the International Driver's Permits held by any other drivers.

Pets are not allowed.
Rental Extensions After Departure:
The rates stipulated by the company will be applied.
For All Plans:
Changes to reservations made via the web are not accepted. Please cancel the current reservation and make a new reservation.
In the event a reservation is extended after it has been confirmed without making a new reservation, the customer will be charged the basic rate as stipulated by ORIX Rent a Car for the extension.
Furthermore, if the car is returned earlier than the reserved time, staff will compare the original rate with the recalculated rate, which has been calculated with the basic rate stipulated by ORIX Rent a Car, and ask the customer to pay the lower rate.
In principle, customers are asked to make payments using a credit card that is affiliated with the company.
Notice Regarding Car Returns:
Please return the car rental with a full tank of fuel.
In addition, a receipt of the refueling is also required as proof.
Cancellation fees will apply for reservations that are cancelled from 6 days prior to the scheduled departure (pick-up) date.
Please also note that if no contact is made by the customer more than one hour after the reservation (pick-up) time, the reservation will be cancelled.

Issuance of Japanese Translation of Foreign Driver's License

A car rental cannot be rented without an entry stamp.
