How to choose the right car for you

The most common problem is when customers who don't usually drive a car books a car rental, they realize that their luggage won't fit until they arrive at the location.
For example, if you are traveling with 4 or 5 people, you will end up booking a 5-seater car even though each person has a carry-on bag.
In fact, the luggage space of a 5-seater vehicle may not fit two medium-sized carry bags, and if 7 people ride in a 7-seater vehicle, there will almost be no luggage space. The size is large enough to fit one medium size item.
In order to enjoy long-distance travel with Car Rental, we recommend that you reserve a large vehicle that will allow you to relax and take your luggage into account.

Note
Refueling & Returns (Drop-off)
Please return the car rental with a full tank of fuel.
Please refuel at the nearest gas station.
If the car is not returned with a full tank of fuel, the customer will be charged a refueling fee based on the company's set rate.

Size: Pets that fit into a cage that is 70cm×90cm×75cm (the maximum size of a cage that can be carried in the car)
Weight: Up to 10kg
Conditions for Travelling With Pets (All conditions must be met for travelling with pets)
Please inform us that you will be travelling with a pet when making a reservation by leaving a comment in the "Remarks" section.
Please place the pet inside a cage when in the car. (The customer is required to provide a cage)
Please place the cage in the luggage space (trunk) and not on the seats.
Please ensure that a sheet/towel is placed under the cage.
Please read over and sign the agreement form.
*In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the customer will not be allowed to travel with their pet.
NOC Coverage: In the event that the car requires repairs or maintenance due to significant odors, stains or damage, the customer will be required to pay a non-operating charge (charge applied as compensation for loss of business).
*Please note that service dogs (including guide dogs) are not subject to the above conditions (handled on a case-by-case basis).
Payment Method:
In principle, customers are asked to pay by credit card on the day of departure at the departure store.
For Multiple Drivers:
Customers must present the passports and International Driver's Permits for all drivers.
Reservation Changes:
Changes cannot be made to reservation details, including the time of departure (pick-up) and return (drop-off) of the car.
Please cancel the current reservation and make a new reservation.

One of the following licenses is required to drive in Japan.

A car rental cannot be rented without an entry stamp.
