The most common problem is when customers who don't usually drive a car books a car rental, they realize that their luggage won't fit until they arrive at the location.
For example, if you are traveling with 4 or 5 people, you will end up booking a 5-seater car even though each person has a carry-on bag.
In fact, the luggage space of a 5-seater vehicle may not fit two medium-sized carry bags, and if 7 people ride in a 7-seater vehicle, there will almost be no luggage space. The size is large enough to fit one medium size item.
In order to enjoy long-distance travel with Car Rental, we recommend that you reserve a large vehicle that will allow you to relax and take your luggage into account.

Please check the contract details (rental agreement) for using a car rental, including reservations and fees, below.
This store is the departure and arrival point for customers who made reservations by phone, through the official TOYOTA Rent a Car website (http://rent.toyota.co.jp), or via a travel agency.
*Returns to remote islands are not allowed.
For vehicle returns, please set the map code "3094071*77".
*If your flight arrives outside of business hours due to delays, vehicle pickup will be available during business hours the following day. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
Please make contact as soon as possible to make amendments to or cancel your reservation. In the event you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be applied.
Please note that your reservation may be cancelled if the rental car agreement has not been signed within 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time.
