For customers arriving by plane
Please contact the store (06-6152-9019) after collecting your luggage upon arrival at Osaka Airport (Itami Airport).
The shuttle bus will be waiting for customers in the pick-up/drop-off space (1st floor of the monorail station).
1. After exiting the arrivals gate, proceed straight ahead and cross the pedestrian walkway (2F).
2. On the right is the monorail ticket gates, while a descending escalator is on the left. Make your way to the 1st floor via the escalator.
3. The pick-up/drop-off space is located on the left from the bottom of the escalator (behind the toilets).
The shuttle bus will arrive in between 5 and 10 minutes (please note that the time may change depending on traffic conditions).
For customers arriving by train
It is approximately 5 minutes via the monorail from Osaka Airport Station to Hotarugaike Station.
After arriving at Hotarugaike Station, please make your way to Hankyu Hotarugaike Station and exit the East Exit. The store is located 1 minute by foot after descending via the escalator.
The store is situated between the Indian restaurant located next to Resona Bank and Burger King.

Take the elevator or stairs to ground floor at JR Shin-Osaka East Exit Store (Exit ⑪) and walk for 1 minute.
Cross the traffic lights, turn left and go straight for about 15 meters.
The store is on the 2nd floor of the East Exit Station Building (above Family Mart).

When returning your car, please type telephone number(0648090543) on the GPS.
Please make sure to REFUEL within 5km from the store and
keep the receipt. Please show it to a staff member at the returning office.
Also, when there is no staff in the returning office, we would appreciate if you park your rental car in front of the office and stop by the departure office with the car key.

After arriving at the station, proceed left from the ticket gates, exit via the No. 5 exit and take the escalator or stairs down to the ground floor. Proceed 30 meters along the path underneath the elevated rail lines and the store is located along the first intersection.
