Information on departure time
Customers will be transported to the Kobe Airport Port Island store after making their way to the counter located to the left of the arrivals gate inside Terminal 1 of Kobe Airport. (Approximately 10 minutes by shuttle bus) In the event that staff are absent from the counter, or if customers have not made a reservation, please pick up the phone placed on the counter to be connected to the Kobe Airport Port Island store. Precautions -Please include your flight number when reserving. -Shuttle services are available between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (approximately 10 minutes one way). *Please note that extra time may be required depending on the operational status of the shuttle bus. *Please allow sufficient time when making your way to the store. -Shuttle services are for shared use. Capacity is limited, therefore the number of customers able to ride the shuttle services may be limited to only one or two members of a reservation party. Your understanding and cooperation is sincerely appreciated. *Please use public transport if you are short on time. (Port Liner 6-minute ride) When arriving or departing, staff will assist with opening and shutting the entrance gate of the parking lot. When returning cars, please contact the store when refueling at the nearest gas station or when you enter Port Island.

After returning the rental car to the Kobe Airport Port Island store, staff will transport customers to the airport upon request. Please return cars at least 1 hour before your scheduled flight departure time. When arriving or departing, staff will assist with opening and shutting the entrance gate of the parking lot. When returning cars, please contact the store when refueling at the nearest gas station or when you enter Port Island.
