After arriving at Hakodate Airport, please make your way to the HIPS Rent a Car Airport Counter inside the airport. From there, customers will be transported to the branch.

Information on return time

Please return cars by the agreed date and time. Cars are rented to customers with a full tank of fuel, so customers are asked to return cars with a full tank of fuel. If for any reason a car cannot be returned with a full tank of fuel, the customer will be charged the cost of refueling the car according the company's designated conversion table. After returning the car, customers will be transported to the airport.
