1. A permitted vehicle only area is located past the police box when exiting left (toward the JAL arrivals gate) from the terminal.
A shuttle bus with a HIPs Rent a Car sticker on it will pick customers up from the permitted vehicle only 1 - 10.
2. A shuttle bus with a HIPs Rent a Car sticker on it will pick customers up from the No. 30 lane located to the right as you exit the terminal.

Information on return time

Please return cars by the agreed date and time.
Cars are rented to customers with a full tank of fuel, so customers are asked to return cars with a full tank of fuel.
If for any reason a car cannot be returned with a full tank of fuel, the customer will be charged the cost of refueling the car according the company's designated conversion table.
After returning the car, customers will be transported to the airport.
