The most common problem is when customers who don't usually drive a car books a car rental, they realize that their luggage won't fit until they arrive at the location.
For example, if you are traveling with 4 or 5 people, you will end up booking a 5-seater car even though each person has a carry-on bag.
In fact, the luggage space of a 5-seater vehicle may not fit two medium-sized carry bags, and if 7 people ride in a 7-seater vehicle, there will almost be no luggage space. The size is large enough to fit one medium size item.
In order to enjoy long-distance travel with Car Rental, we recommend that you reserve a large vehicle that will allow you to relax and take your luggage into account.

※4 Verified by the date of entry to Japan stamped in your passport. However, if you enter though an automated gate (eGate), your passport will not be stamped. To receive a stamp, please ask an official when passing through the gate.
A car rental cannot be rented without an entry stamp.
Please upload a photo of the international driving permit to include all items labeled 1-5. Please ensure the picture is clear and visible.

*Pets are not allowed. If it is found that the customer travelled with a pet, they will be charged for the cleaning of the car plus a non-operation charge (charge applied as compensation for loss of business).
*As of April 1, 2022, cars will not be rented to customers who have recently obtained a driver's license within 6 months prior to the reservation date.
*From October 25 to early May of the following year, all cars are equipped with studless tires (Japanese tires).
(Some cars may be offered with only regular tires, and the company will inform the customer individually.)
Payment Method:
In principle, customers are asked to pay by credit card on the day of departure at the departure store.
For Multiple Drivers:
Customers must present the passports and International Driver's Permits for all drivers.
Reservation Changes:
Changes cannot be made to reservation details, including the time of departure (pick-up) and return (drop-off) of the car.
Please cancel the current reservation and make a new reservation.
Notice Regarding Car Returns:
Please return the car rental with a full tank of fuel.
In addition, a receipt of the refueling is also required as proof.
Cancellation fees will apply in the event that the customer cancels their reservation.
Please note that if no contact is made by the customer more than one hour after the reservation (pick-up) time, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
