The most common problem is when customers who don't usually drive a car books a car rental, they realize that their luggage won't fit until they arrive at the location.
For example, if you are traveling with 4 or 5 people, you will end up booking a 5-seater car even though each person has a carry-on bag.
In fact, the luggage space of a 5-seater vehicle may not fit two medium-sized carry bags, and if 7 people ride in a 7-seater vehicle, there will almost be no luggage space. The size is large enough to fit one medium size item.
In order to enjoy long-distance travel with Car Rental, we recommend that you reserve a large vehicle that will allow you to relax and take your luggage into account.

Reservation Procedure:
If any driver has obtained a driver's license in the 3 months prior to renting a car, please note that the driver must be accompanied by an experienced driver with at least 3 years of experience.
In accordance with laws and regulations, the company cannot rent out cars with drivers, nor can it introduce or arrange drivers.
When travelling with pets, please ensure that they do not come into direct contact with the car by placing them in a cage.
In the event that a pet directly touches the seats or other parts of the car, or in the event that the car needs to be cleaned, the company may charge the customer for the cost of cleaning and a non-operation charge (charge applied as compensation for loss of business).
The company cannot rent a car if the driver specified at the time of reservation is different from the actual driver.

Affiliated credit cards are accepted. (Some stores do not accept credit cards.)
*Cash payment is not accepted.

PayPay, LINE Pay, au Pay, Merpay, D-barai (D-Payment), and other payment options are available.
Payment with VISA, Mastercard, JCB, NICOS, UC, American Express, Diners Club, DC, or Union Pay is also available.
Note:
Please ensure that you carry the rental agreement with you during the rental period.
The customer is responsible for the management of the rented car, including securing a parking space and daily inspection and maintenance during the rental period.
If the customer is charged with a parking violation while using the rental car, they are responsible for paying any fines (and/or towing costs and other relevant costs).
Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions/Vehicle Inspection Certificate:
Please ensure you carry these papers during the rental period, as you may be asked to present it to a police officer or an official of the Land Transport Branch Office.
Child Seat Installation:
Drivers are required to use child seats when travelling with children under 6 years of age.
Please reserve (charges apply) or bring your own child seat.
Other:
Please refrain from using passenger cars for the transporting of goods for such purposes as moving house.
Notice Regarding Car Returns:
Please return the car rental with a full tank of fuel. Some stores offer fuel services upon returning (drop-off).
In addition, a receipt of the refueling is also required as proof when refueling at a location that is not the car rental store.
About Return (Drop-off) Time:
Please contact the store in advance if you wish to change your return (drop-off) time or cannot return the car by the specified time.
Please contact the relevant store to confirm their operating hours. Departure (pick-up) and return (drop-off) outside of operating hours is not available.
*An extension charge will be applied in the event the car is returned later than the original reserved time. Extensions may not be possible depending on car availability.
