Due to the ebb and flow of the tide, there may be times when the tour cannot be held.
In such cases, we will call you after booking to discuss the best time to hold the tour.
If the weather is bad on the day of the event, the event will be canceled. (In the event that we deem it impossible to start the tour safely due to thunderstorms, high waves, etc.)
Please note that even if the tour is cancelled after you arrive at the meeting point, we will not be able to compensate you for any travel expenses.
In case of damage to the equipment used for the activity, we will claim full compensation for the cost of repair.
