Parking

Parking will be charged, but service coupons will be issued only to customers who have made a reservation for a trial.

Cancellation of the tour
No cancellation fee will be charged in the event that the tour cannot be conducted due to flight cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters such as typhoons or worsening ocean conditions.
We will contact you the day before the tour is canceled to let you know if the tour cannot go ahead.
Cancellation due to tardiness or illness will incur a cancellation fee.
