A safe and secure rafting experience the whole family can enjoy
The Family Course is a family-friendly experience suitable for ages 3 and up, navigating a route with gentle currents.
Centered around river play, this fun tour lets you connect with nature while creating lasting family memories.
While the course content differs from the Standard Plan, all aspects—including equipment, safety management, and photo services—are identical.
It's especially recommended for families with young children who may feel uneasy about standard whitewater rafting.

- ・Swimwear, sportswear, or other comfortable clothing that can get wet ※Synthetic fiber materials
・Waterproof shoes with secure heels, such as water shoes. Flip-flops are not permitted.
(※Rental shoes available for ¥300)
・Swimwear, change of clothes, towel, etc.
※If you wear glasses, please prepare disposable contact lenses or goggles. - Participation Requirements

✖For safety reasons, pregnant individuals and those who have consumed alcohol are not permitted to participate. Please note that this will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

- Regarding the operating of the activity
- ・Arriving late for the meeting time will result in a same-day cancellation and incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please arrive with ample time to spare.
・Tours will proceed even in rain. We will contact you if cancellation is necessary; please refrain from making your own decisions.
・For safety reasons, we may split participating groups during boat assignment.
・Cannot be combined with other discounts during campaign periods.
・Content may change depending on river conditions.

※During summer, wetsuits are not required—participation in swimwear (T-shirt, shorts, etc.) is acceptable!
Cancellation Policy
After registration is accepted, if a participant cancels or changes the date due to personal circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged.
This fee will also be charged to participants who have not yet paid at that time.
※ Cancellation refund processing fees are the responsibility of the participant.
※ Cancellations are accepted by phone only. (Phone hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Please note cancellations cannot be accepted via email or fax.

The following cancellation fees apply to the above plans:
・7 days or more before the event date: Bank transfer fee equivalent
・7 to 3 days before the event date: 20% of the fee
・2 days prior to the event date to the day before (6:00 PM): 50% of the fee
・After that: 100% of the fee
・Prior to that: Based on standard regulations
