- ■Essential Items
・Swimsuit (underwear may be used as a substitute)
・Towel (for drying off)
・Health insurance card (required in case of emergency; a copy is acceptable)
・Clothing that can get wet (Wetsuits are sleeveless, one-piece garments that expose the shoulders. As they are made of rubber, those with sensitive skin or concerns about sunburn should bring a rash guard or synthetic fiber T-shirt.)
・Waterproof shoes or rental shoes (¥400 per pair). Must cover toes and heels (sneakers OK). Loose-fitting shoes or open-toed sandals are not permitted.

・Water shoes (rental available on-site, sizes 22cm~29cm, additional ¥400)
・Glasses strap (for glasses wearers only, sold on-site for ¥500)
・Goggles (for contact lens wearers only, sold on-site for ¥500)
・Sunscreen
・Hair ties
On-site staff will provide appropriate clothing based on the day's conditions.
Rafting participants will wear a basic wetsuit (sleeveless one-piece style).
During colder periods, wear a bolero (a cold-weather jacket made from wetsuit material) or paddling jacket (a windproof jacket made from nylon material) over the wetsuit.
Conversely, from mid-July to mid-September, to combat heat (heatstroke prevention), wetsuits are not worn.
You may participate in your own favorite quick-drying synthetic fiber clothing that can get wet and allows easy movement
(e.g., rash guard, board shorts, leggings).
For guests without synthetic fiber clothing, standard-issue wetsuits will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
After registration is accepted, if a participant cancels or changes the date due to personal circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged.
This fee will also be charged to participants who have not yet paid at that time.
※ Cancellation refund processing fees are the responsibility of the participant.
※ Cancellations are accepted by phone only. (Phone hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
