Experience one of the Kansai region's most exciting whitewater rafting adventures on the beautiful Hozugawa River.
Perfect for families, couples, friends, and first-time rafters!
Enjoy the thrill of exciting rapids before relaxing with fun river activities in calmer sections of the river.
Surrounded by Kyoto's stunning natural scenery, you'll splash, swim, laugh, and create unforgettable memories.
Guests who wish can also try jumping from a riverside rock into the water.
*Rock jumping is optional and will only take place when water levels, river conditions, and participant safety allow. It may be cancelled depending on conditions.*
Only 30 minutes from Kyoto Station – the perfect combination of adventure and sightseeing!
This half-day tour leaves plenty of time to explore Kyoto afterwards. Visit the Sagano Scenic Railway, stroll through Arashiyama, or discover Kyoto's famous temples and historic streets after your rafting adventure.

### Required Items
* Swimsuit (or a change of underwear)
* Towel
* Proof of health insurance eligibility (in case medical treatment is needed)
* Shoes that can get wet (such as sneakers with closed toes and heels)
*Sandals and Crocs are not permitted.*
### Recommended Items
* Sunscreen
* Hair tie
* Glasses strap (for guests who wear glasses)
* Goggles (for guests who wear contact lenses)
## What to Wear
You will normally wear a **wetsuit** during the tour. Under the wetsuit, please wear clothing that can get wet, such as a swimsuit, rash guard, or a quick-drying synthetic (dry-fit) T-shirt.
### Summer Season (Mid-July to Mid-September)
During the summer season, you will usually participate **without a wetsuit**.
**Men:** Rash guard or T-shirt + swim shorts
**Women:** Rash guard or T-shirt + shorts + leggings + swimsuit
**Please avoid cotton clothing** (such as jeans or cotton T-shirts), as it absorbs water, becomes heavy, and can lower your body temperature.
*During spring and autumn, additional thermal and windproof jackets will be provided.*

■Operations may be canceled if any of the following conditions apply due to weather or water levels on the day:
・A Heavy Rain and Flood Warning is issued for the event location or upstream areas affecting water levels
・Water levels exceed the upper limit specified in our operational regulations

Cancellation Policy
After registration is accepted, if a participant cancels or changes the date due to personal circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged.
This fee will also be charged to participants who have not yet paid at that time.
※ Cancellation refund processing fees are the responsibility of the participant.
※ Cancellations are accepted by phone only. (Phone hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Please note cancellations cannot be accepted via email or fax.

**By Train**
* 7-minute walk from **JR Sagano Line Umahori Station**
After exiting the ticket gate, turn left at the corner of Lawson convenience store and continue straight until the road becomes narrow.
Look for the **green tent and signboard** near the end of the street.
Please be careful not to enter another company's rafting base.
**By Car**
* Approximately 10 minutes from **Shino IC (Kyoto Jukan Expressway)**
