"This is the best ramen I've ever eaten!" So we returned to our kitchen in Arashiyama.
Using our 30 years of culinary experience, we layer kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and local Kyoto vegetables to create a richness that rivals any meat-based broth.
Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or meat-lover, we promise you one thing: you won't miss the meat. You'll only be able to savor the joys of authentic Japanese cuisine.
