What You Will Learn
Enjoy a beautifully balanced Japanese meal that combines refreshing chilled noodles with premium sushi. Start with our signature Vegan Zaru Soba — “Ni-hachi” soba noodles (80% buckwheat) served cold with a rich, deep umami dipping sauce made from premium Rausu kelp and dried shiitake mushrooms. Then savor two exceptional sushi styles: elegant Nigiri Sushi showcasing the pure flavor of fresh fish on hand-pressed seasoned rice, and luxurious Wagyu Maki Sushi featuring tender, melt-in-your-mouth Japanese Wagyu beef rolled with rice, nori, and fresh vegetables. The perfect contrast of cool, light soba and rich, satisfying sushi for an unforgettable authentic Japanese experience.
Zaru Soba (Chilled Soba Noodles)
A 100% plant-based version of our traditional chilled noodles. The rich dipping sauce is crafted from premium Rausu kelp and dried shiitake mushrooms for a deep umami flavor. We use "Ni-hachi" noodles (80% buckwheat, 20% wheat) for the perfect balance of smooth texture and earthy aroma.
Nigiri Sushi
Nigiri Sushi is the most classic form of sushi in Japan. It consists of a small, hand-pressed oval of seasoned rice topped with a fresh slice of fish or seafood. Simple, elegant, and lets you enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients.
Wagyu Maki Sushi (Rolled Sushi)
Wagyu Maki Sushi is a luxurious rolled sushi featuring premium Japanese Wagyu beef. Tender, melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu is wrapped with rice, nori seaweed, and fresh vegetables. It’s a rich and special Japanese sushi experience.
