△For your safety, you are required to wear a life jacket.✖The ocean in Okinawa in winter, when the whales come, has higher waves than in summer, even during the year. We reserve the right to refuse boarding for infants depending on the sea conditions.

Whales are wild animals and may not be seen. In the unlikely event that whales are not sighted, a full refund or re-boarding will be offered (refund/re-boarding available from February 1 to March 19, 2024). (Refund/re-boarding period: February 1 to March 19, 2024)
However, we will not be able to provide assistance in any of the following cases. Please understand beforehand.

More than one person among the guests could see the whale.
