Canyoning is a river sport that allows you to experience the thrill and sense of oneness with nature, descending through the canyon with only your body, a harness and a rope.
Recently, the keyword “outdoors" has been on the rise, and thanks to this, canyoning is becoming a popular activity in Japan and abroad!

If I had to describe it in one word, it would be: unexplored.
Come and play in our natural adventure playground. We have exclusive use of Musasabi canyon -an amazing place of wonder. Featuring a slide into a washing-machine type experience, zip-lines, rock-slides, and a 45m waterfall to finish. Let our guides show you around this amazing world. Unlike other Canyoning places in Japan we have exclusive access to this canyon so no lines or waiting – the way that it’s meant to be.

Meet at 12:45 pm, Start at 1:30 am, Ends around 4:30 pm

The 40-meter-high "Flying Squirrel Falls" is the tour's goal!
From the start to the finish, various activities include rope diving, a monolithic slide, swimming in an emerald-green pool under the waterfall, and river trekking through a huge rock tunnel. Finally, you'll reach the 40m-high Flying Squirrel Falls, the tour's final destination.

If you arrive without prior notification, you may not be permitted to join the tour.
Additionally, if minors cannot be accompanied by a guardian on the day of the tour, please inform us in advance so we can arrange for a signed consent form from the guardian.

* Swimsuit
– Worn under the wetsuit. Underwear may be used instead.
– Rash guards are fine, but cotton is not recommended as it makes you cold.
* Sunscreen
* If you wear glasses, please bring a strap or contacts (we can provide a strap if needed).
– We recommend disposable contacts.
– Please note there is a risk of loss or damage. - Participation Requirements

◯12 years of age or older, and have a waist circumference (measured above the hip bone) between 65 cm and 125 cm△※If you have a fear of heights, please reconsider joining the canyoning tour. Some sections involve being suspended several meters above the ground.
※Those under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
※For minors, a parent or guardian must sign the participation agreement. If you are a minor, please let us know in advance so that we can organize parental permission.
Please bring an ID to confirm the child’s age on the day of the tour.
For safety reasons, guests who fall under the following conditions cannot participate:
- Those using a pacemaker or other implanted medical electronic device
- Those with epilepsy, or with any medical condition, injury, or disability that may worsen or be affected by rafting
(Participation may be possible depending on the condition and course level, so please contact us before booking.

- 【Bookings for 1–2 Guests】
The minimum number of participants required to run the tour is 3 people.
Bookings for 1–2 guests are accepted; however, if the total number of participants does not reach 3 by the day of the tour, the tour can still operate as a small-group tour with a 50% surcharge.
【Tour Photos】
During the tour, the guides take waterproof digital cameras to take photos and videos, which can be purchased for ¥1,000 for half-day tours and ¥2,000 for full-day tours, if desired.
We do not recommend bringing your own camera, as it may be lost or damaged and could cause injury. Any personal equipment you bring is used at your own risk.
If you bring a GoPro, helmets with mounts are available in limited numbers.
Helmet sizes and mounts cannot be reserved.

・7 days prior to 2 days prior: 30%
・1 day prior: 50%

The meeting point and drop-off location are the same.
Transportation during the tour will be provided by our shuttle bus, so there is no need to use your own car after arrival.

*The morning and afternoon tours may be switched, in which case the meeting time may be 30 minutes earlier. We will contact you if there are any changes.

■ Weather & River Conditions
Depending on weather conditions and river water levels, the course may be changed or the tour may be cancelled.
Tours are cancelled only in cases such as typhoons with heavy rain warnings or when the river level exceeds our safety standards.
Tours are not cancelled due to normal rain.
Depending on river conditions, children’s participation may be restricted.
■ Cancellation Notice & Refunds
If there is a high possibility of cancellation due to a typhoon or similar conditions, we will contact you as early as 2–3 days in advance, and no later than the day before the tour.
If you would like to check the situation, please feel free to contact us.
Please note that, in rare cases, the final decision may be made on the day of the tour.
If the tour is cancelled by Happy Raft’s decision, the full tour fee will be refunded.
■ Participation of Minors
Please inform us in advance if any minors will be participating.
If a minor is not accompanied by a parent or guardian, a signed consent form is required in advance.
When children participate, please follow the guide’s instructions and cooperate to ensure everyone’s safety.
