*Please note that since we are searching for wild sea turtles, sightings are not guaranteed. Please understand that no refunds will be issued if we are unable to spot them.
*If sea conditions prevent us from reaching the sea turtle habitat area, we will contact you the day before. In such cases, we will provide alternative options or plan changes.
*Bookings are available for 1 person or more. This plan requires a minimum of 6 participants.

*Please note that the tour may be cancelled or points may be changed due to ocean conditions or other reasons.
*People 65 years of age or older, pregnant women, and people with epilepsy, respiratory or circulatory problems are not allowed to participate.
*Please note that those under junior high school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
*A parent or guardian's written consent is required for those under 18 years of age.
For safety reasons, we prohibit bare diving. Please be sure to wear a life jacket when entering the ocean.
For those who stay at facilities other than hotels (guesthouses and private accommodations), please meet at the nearest train station or hotel.
*Pick-up buses may not always be able to arrive in front of hotels.
*Please note that the free shuttle service may not be available when the bus is full or when reservations are made after 15:00 the day before the tour.
*Photographs for the photo gift will be taken by our staff members who will go around taking photos of the tour on the day of the tour, but in some cases it may not be possible to take photos of all participants due to prioritizing customer safety management.
*The departure flight may be changed or cancelled depending on the number of passengers.
In such cases, we will contact you in advance to confirm the time.
