First, you will make a basic hosomaki roll to learn the fundamentals of sushi rolling.
Next, you wil create a beautiful flower-patterned decorative sushi roll.
The bright pink sushi rice is naturally colored with beets, so you can enjoy it with peace ofmind.
We explain each step carefully, so even beginners and children can enjoy making the decorative sushi rolls with confidence.
For matcha, you will experience a relaxed, home-style way of whisking, rather than a formal tea ceremony.
Even first-time guests can enjoy whisking their own matcha in an easy and enjoyable way.
Both experiences come with English recipes, so you can recreate them at home as a special memory of your trip.
