Plan Overview
In this experience, you will begin by making pink sushi rice using beet-infused sushi vinegar. First, you will learn how to make a basic hosomaki (thin sushi roll), then create a colorful Mount Fuji sushi roll using naturally colored sushi rice made with beets, gardenia fruit, and pickled green perilla seeds.
The lesson is conducted in English, and an English recipe is provided, making it easy for beginners to join with confidence.
After the lesson, enjoy your handmade sushi together with a matcha tea experience and seasonal Japanese sweets while relaxing in a peaceful Japanese-style tea time.
