SUP stands for "Stand Up Paddleboard,"
an activity where you stand on a board and use a paddle to move across the water.
From touring and leisure to sports and core training,

Please meet at the venue, fill out the registration form, and make your payment. Changing rooms are available, but check-in will go more smoothly if you arrive already dressed.

First, we’ll hold a lecture on land. Please feel free to ask any questions or clarify anything that’s unclear.

After the land-based lecture is over, we’ll paddle on our knees until we get the hang of it.

Once you get the hang of it, try standing up. You’ll be surprised how quickly you can do it. From here, we’ll follow the tour route.

After the tour, you’re free to go for a swim in the lake or take a stroll. Enjoy Lake Inawashiro to the fullest.
