Perfect for beginners, families, and groups of friends!
Start with paddle handling practice on land before heading out onto the lake.
Learn water safety and etiquette for enjoying the water.
Master basic techniques like forward strokes, backward strokes, and proper stance.
Experience the unique sensation of SUP—gliding smoothly near the water's surface and taking in the expansive natural scenery of the Yatsugatake Mountains!
※Please arrive 30 to 15 minutes before the experience start time for check-in.

3rd grade and above: Able to ride SUP independently
2nd grade and below: May participate with a guardian on the same board
Conditions for dogs riding along: Medium-sized dogs weighing under 25kg (55 lbs) permitted

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at the customer's request will incur the following cancellation fees:
・7 to 3 days prior: 20% of the total amount
・2 days prior: 30% of the total amount
・1 day prior: 50%
・On the day: 100%

First, check in on-site (Change clothes and rent equipment in the changing room)

After changing clothes, warm up on land and receive a preliminary paddle instruction session.

Let's paddle out onto the lake! The first half of the lake session will cover SUP riding, paddling techniques, and fun activities.

The second half on the lake is free time! Hop on with friends and enjoy SUP freely—try sumo, linked SUP, tail turns, and more!

Return rental equipment. Change clothes in the changing room to finish. Warm up at the nearby day-trip hot spring (Happo-no-Yu: discount coupons available)!
Note
●Children in second grade or younger must be accompanied by a guardian.
●Please note that some activities may be modified or canceled due to weather conditions on the day.
If the guide deems conditions hazardous (e.g., thunderstorms, strong winds), the following refund policy applies:
・Cancellation during land-based lecture: Full refund
・Cancellation within 1 hour of starting on the lake: Half refund
・Cancellation after 1 hour on the lake: No refund
●Glasses, cell phones, and digital cameras may become submerged during the experience.
We recommend using buoyant cases.
We also sell waterproof cases.
●Please check in 10 minutes before each session starts to ensure smooth commencement.
Please also cooperate by using the restroom and changing clothes beforehand.
