Cause 1: Your registered e-mail address is incorrect
If your registered e-mail address is incorrect, we will not be able to contact you.

My Page and reconfirm your registered e-mail address.
Please check that there are no misspellings or omissions such as punctuation marks and commas.
In the event that your e-mail address is incorrect, please make the necessary changes on My Page and use the resend function to receive your reservation details.
Cause 2: E-mail may be flagged as spam
E-mails from this site may be automatically classified as spam if you are using mail services such Gmail or Hotmail, or due to the settings of your e-mail software.

Please check your spam folder. If the e-mail has been classified as spam, please restore the mail back to your inbox.
Cause 3: E-mail storage capacity may be exceeded
There may be a limit to the storage capacity of your mail service. If you receive regular e-mails and do not delete them, it is possible that the capacity has been exceeded.
If you are using your e-mail service for the first time in a while and recognize it, please clear space on your service by deleting e-mails.
