NOC applies not only to accidents, but also to minor scrapes, hit-and-run damage in parking lots, damage or stains to the car's interior equipment, and the smell of cigarettes left in a non-smoking car.

If the car rental company offers NOC Compensation, customers may add the option to their reservation for an additional fee.
Please note that customers are not permitted to add or cancel the CDW and/or NOC Compensation options to their reservation during the rental period or after returning the car rental.
